Kade won 1st place in the 70's category in the Hurricane Easter Car Show. Kade is very proud of his great work on his 1973 Ford Gran Torino Sport - painted like Starsky & Hutch.
Now we just have to figure out what to do with that huge trophy. Maybe Kade should weld it to the front of the car as the hood ornament. Just kidding!
All of us girls went to see dad and his Torino at the car show. It rained off and on.

We decided to have a people's choice award and each of us would get a vote. Kade and I were seperated at the car show when I went to take Kya to the bathroom. We were trying to find each other and we ended up looking at the same car. We both agreed that this was our favorite car because of the gorgous paint job. Kade has recently purchased our family a 1992 Lincoln Town Car. I still don't love it much, but we will need a second car that can hold all six of us when Kolden is born. I told Kade that if he painted the "Grandma Car" - Lincoln Town Car the same color as this awesome car then it would make it more likeable. I give Kade a hard time as I tease him, but it would make the car look great with this kind of a paint job. The colors are "Shamrock" as the base coat and "Indy Green" as the top coat with lots and lots of 'candy' in the top coat that makes it shine so much. Kade is constantly schooling me in "Car Appreciation" so I am learning a lot.
This is Kari's favorite because of the wood on it.
Kari's most favorite part was that she could watch the pistons go up and down on the engine when the owner started it up.
dKya's favorite was this orange truck because it was orange, her favorite color.
Kade helped Kiera pick one out. One of Kade's favorite fun cars, a Shelby Mustang worth $60,0000.00.
