Kari is now "brave of snakes", as she says because of her encounters with snakes at the Carnival. Aunt Karla took Kari and Kya to the Carnival because I could not that evening. Three people there in lines had some pet store snakes. One lady had it in her hair, a man had his around his neck and another man just held his. Kari was fascinated and finally got the courage up to pet the snakes.

Kari came home and started her pleas for us to get a snake. I thought it was very funny and dad quickly vetoed it, so I didn't have to.

The girls played on the swings.

Kya looks so content on the swings. She could stay on swings all day long if we let her.

The girls were excited to have control over their own tickets.

Horray for the bounce house. I guess Kari went through it about 10 times and then she realized that Kya was kind of lost in it so they had to do a search and there Kya was bouncing in a little corner of the maze.

Who doesn't love a cake walk!?!

Especially when you get the treats from it! Thanks so much Aunt Karla for taking Kari and Kya. They had such a great time!

How fun! I still remember the first time my firstborn tried out the play place at McDonald's. At first she was lost, but she found the slide to get out after awhile.
Kya got stuck in the bounce house because of her outfit. There was a big wall to climb over and so she had to come back out the entrance.
